Everyone has a question they never asked because it seemed too basic. Here, it is welcome. Curiosity is the whole point.
Ask about how everyday things work, customs in other countries, words you have always used but never understood, or anything else on your mind. Answer others the way you would want to be answered: patiently, with no eye-rolling.
